First2 ingat nak wat besar, jemput parents skali..nak buat bihun la, sandwich la..then kak rosla was not feeling well so we shrinked the population to strictly kids only..so the night before, we decorated the house and got the kids involved with the balloons..they loved it!
In the evening, abang invited the kids around and about 15 of them came. So glad that hakim and hanis enjoyed although it was not what we had originally planned.

Abang decided to clean up the fountain and as usual..the kids will be the busiest ones around..
tomorrow would be their birthday party..so gotta clean up! sis and I cleaned up the interior while abah,abang n kiddies cleaned up the garden and fountain. Love taking their pics!!

birthday presents!

Hanis wanted an easy present..BARBIE - Island Princess..it was absolutely easy to find and we got it for a good price..on sale. Whereas, what Hakim wanted wuz just exhausting to seek for! He spesifically wanted HOT WHEELS-ENZO FERRARI which is really difficult to find..searched hi and lo at queensbay, gurney, sunway carnivall etc... the hunt went on to komtar and then back to gurney..
however there was no enzo..only F40, F50 and the new california..(gosh!I know all these models??) in the end we bought the F40 which costed us RM225! the most expensive for the kids..lepas nie..no more ferrari! but the look on his face after receiving it..he was so so happy..takpelah..kesian baru baik demam teruk..kasi can sket..lagipon share among us,my parents,his parents, my sis and I.so kire ok la tue..

hungry..

today, didn't eat a lot..woke up really damn late..(huhu..once in a while) so wuz a lil lazy to cook coz I wuz alone..mak n abah went to Terengganu already..sis at work..thus I wuz having a real great rest after unofficially finished my masters (alhamdulillah)..
Well, since I did not eat properly during the day, I decided to cook sumthing fortified and healthy..(konon)
took me about 1/2 an hour to prepare coz it wuz my first time trying the recipe..my own spontaneous creation huhu..Used only minimal ingredients, it taste gud too...
Ingredients were : HP sauce, Worcesteshire sauce, McCormick Italian dressing, chilli sauce,pinch of salt and sugar,diced chicken,garlic and onion,small cabbage,tomato and carrot.Not forgetting fettuccine!

made goodies for hakim and hanis's birthday party.. the cost is only RM2.80 inclusive of faber castell eraser, heart shaped sharpener,glue, mamee, chupa chups and cloud 9. Plus..a very cute personalized ribbon written "happy birthday" and personalized sticker bearing their names. good budget eh?

nie mase g wedding dgn member kat KL..my umate mase undergrad..norul aishah..envy tul dier kawen dulu huhu..konon dh amik tiket plus liner..but eventually dier bg bas eagle ekspres...waaa..bengang betul tp what to do..dh terpakse amik gak bas tue..naik dr butterworth dengan nurzahan. dhla bas lembab..dier kuar kat kuala kangsar just to avoid bukit2 kat hiway tue..so lmbtla smp..stres..dpt dok seat belakang skali..semput sih!!bounce and bounce..aaaaa!
dh smp dlm kul 3.30..ujan lebat banget..dahla kena redah ujan nk g kat star station adus..pehtu kena g kl sentral naik komuter lak..kat situ jumpe dgn ainal n gja..phew!
then check in kat cititel midvalley. malam tue merendek ar ape lagi..pi cr hadiah last minute..
so next morning g naik teksi sbb nak cepat. bell boy kate extra 2 ringgit charge kalau amik teksi depan hotel..so ok la tue..
rerupenye takde gune meter!!hampeh tul apek tue..dahla bawak keta cam naik kuda..dier tekan accelerator pehtu lepas,pehtu tekan pehtu lepas..imagine the henjut2 naik teksi tue..aiyo..pegang stereng lak cam gegar2 jer..and dier charge RM50 to reach gombak! takde jem pon..and he said "jgn risau..ada resit dalam box.." so gja took a look at it but tak tulis pon RM50..then he said "nanti saya tulis takpa takpa" adusssssss...sakit hati jiwa raga bakul basket kami.ape leh wat..we made a conclusion that the apek had parkinson's disease a.k.a ketaq ketaq!
dh smp umah norul sempatla make up dier. then lepas nikah we headed back to the LRT station..dihantar oleh pengantin sendiri hihi. sempatla jenjalan kat masjid India and then headed to Pudu to catch the ride home..arrived in Sg Petani around 11pm..what a journey!

Mother's day

Mother's day this year wuz nice..we planned it out so well that she did not see it coming.
Abah took mak out to Tesco. as soon as they made their move, my sis n I went out to the Ikenobo florist.we had given them the design we wanted..fresh carnations in a basket..it only costed us RM130 (original price is RM280 huhu)then we also bought a rose for our neighbour, kak pah. then we headed for secret recipe to buy her favorite. we headed home, went to kak pah's house for chit chat and waited for mak to come back. we arranged the arrangement and cake on the table and voilla! she was very very pleased!love u mak!!

attending the cooking class wuz worth while..i ecceli succeeded in preparing chicken chop for 4. my mum is very..i repeat VERY particular about the sauce and tis time...she wuz satisfied with it!i'm so overwhelmed..she even topped up the chicken, so did my dad n sis..add on some fries,broccoli and mushroom..voilla! a superb chicken chop..hihi.so proud of myself..wink wink!

Just got back from a cooking class with Chef Jimmy Ang. He used to work at the Equatorial, Parkroyal, Four Leaves Bakery (famous in Penang..near GAMA supermarket). Now he is a freelance and owns a bakery at the INTI college Penang.
Four recipes been taught : Schezuan soup, Black pepper sirloin steak, chicken chop with special sauce and salad nicoise..YUMMY!!!really delicious man! only RM45 per person..
Actually, I didn't wanna go but my mum insisted that I go on her behalf..huhu..but after attending, felt that it was worth it!
As u can see, there is a big mirror giving a reflection of wuts laid on da table so that participants at the back can see too...some of the pictures are from the reflection..
p/s: everything is HALAL

This wuz on the 16th of february..
It wuz so happening! not all the classmates were there but it was so much fun..all the boyz have never been there before..so I and timah lead the bunch of frenz at the theme park. we spent most of the time at the waterpark..then head to the orang utan island. some didn't bring extra clothes but yet they jumped into the water and let natural breeze do its job to dry them up just in time before getting into the care..or else..the seats will be wet harhar..after that wuz dinner at kak kamariah's house..she made delicious laksa johor and nasi daging..voilla!
